We are looking for an ambitious Partnership Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with our (future) key partners in the industry, to support our growth objectives 🚀

What you will be working on

As a Partnership Manager you are responsible for the relationships with our (future) key partners. You will work on managing commercial relationships, so we can grow to become the biggest marketplace of pre-owned goods in Europe!

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics, such as sales volumes, revenue, and customer satisfaction, to optimize partnership strategies and initiatives;

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications, inquiries, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues;

  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to pre-owned electronics and sustainability initiatives;

  • Set up reporting systems and evaluate on the insights you gained with your colleagues to adjust your approach if needed.

Who are you?

  • You have at least WO/Master-work and thinking level;

  • You are self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

  • You are eager to be part of an agile team and know how to organize your work and time while communicating clearly and effectively;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization;

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;

  • Experience with B2B sales and e-commerce is a plus;

  • You are available for at least 32 - 40 hours a week.
