Operations Lead
To continue and fuel our strong growth and strengthen our operations, we are looking for an experienced Operations Lead. You will work on optimizing processes and driving operational performance while managing our operations team 🚀.

As an Operations Lead you will help us to reach our goal to expand beyond the Netherlands & Belgium. You will manage the entire operation process and ensure our team gets the right support to perform at its best.
Responsibilities:
Manage the operations for both inbound and outbound products;
Monitor and implement company OKRs;
Manage people and performance - develop a system for monitoring and enable the achievements of individuals, teams and performance targets;
Prioritize work for team members and allocate the appropriate tasks of the process;
Develop team members skills while providing the correct support;
Innovate and implement new processes to maximize efficiency and quality;
Follow up on stock situation and accordingly take action when needed.
You have 2+ years of management experience in a physical, operational environment;
You have a proven track record of leading people to high performance and developing processes;
You lead proactively and have a systematic approach to understanding and solving complex problems;
You have highly developed organizational skills, keep the bigger picture in mind, and are determined to achieve firm objectives;
You are an excellent communicator in both Dutch and English;
You are passionate about sustainability and love to work in a fast-paced environment.
